Shipping policy

Standard Orders:

Most orders take 3-5 full business days to process before shipment. Orders made after 9 AM on a business day will start processing the following business day. Free shipping is excluded for ski poles, ski/board bags, boot bags and demos. 

Express Orders:

Express orders are usually processed within 2 business days, but are still allotted 3-5 business days to process. Any express order that is fulfilled within 2 business days will not qualify for a refund of express shipping. Carriers do not guarantee any of their express shipments; we are not responsible if any package does not arrive within the desired time restraints. Orders received between 9 AM on Friday and 11:59 PM on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders made after 9 AM on a business day will start processing the following business day.

In-Store Pickups:

At this time, we regret we are not able to offer In-Store Pickup for orders purchased on UtahSkis.com. However, if you are local to Utah or are visiting, please contact our ProStaff and they can assist you with locating one of our stores where you can purchase the product(s) in person.

Carrier Responsibility:

UtahSkis is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed while in transit or following delivery. Once an order has been passed to the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc), the carrier assumes full responsibility for the secure and timely delivery of the package. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.


Post Delivery & Package Security:

Once a carrier confirms delivery, ownership of the package officially transfers to the customer. UtahSkis is not liable for items lost or stolen after they have been successfully delivered. If you purchased our Package Protection Service during checkout, you can bypass the stress and start your claim here.

Other Details:

Orders with multiple items may be packaged separately. If this is the case, your tracking information will mention ‘Shipment is 1 of _ pieces.’ Through the shipping carrier, you will be able to view each package’s arrival time.

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and combat rising shipping costs, we will at times reuse shipping boxes that contained products sent to us from the manufacturers. 

We do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping Notice: Due to significantly higher freight costs, we are currently unable to ship demo skis or snowboards to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to legal restrictions we cannot mount bindings to skis. This includes setting up system bindings skis as well.

We cannot ship to any PO Box or military addresses.

Free shipping promotions only apply to the continental United States (Alaska & Hawaii excluded).

Occasionally, fulfilling orders can take longer than normal because we keep our inventory at our local ski shops, and tracking down certain items can take a while.
