When is your customer service available?

Can I use UtahSkis.com online deals at Ski-N-See stores?

No. Our online deals are for online orders, price and products only.


What is the return policy?

We offer a *30-Day Money Back Guarantee, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Any unopened/unused merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the package is delivered to receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). After the 30 days you may return your item with a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted 60 days after purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging and tags (Including price tags). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, except in the event of our error.

*Please be aware that we will not accept returns on mounted skis.

**We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Can I Exchange my Order?

At this time, we do not offer online or in-store exchanges for products purchased through UtahSkis.com. All merchandise not marked final sale must be returned and you will be refunded for the item(s) cost in the event the product didn’t work out for you. If there is a new size, color, or product available you’d like, please plan to place a new order at your convenience.

REFUND TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. When the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the refund information. We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). The timeline of when you receive your refund may vary and take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank.


What is Redo?

We now offer Package Protection & Return Insurance through Redo. This optional coverage protects your order against loss, damage, or theft.

Return Insurance

You can opt into Redo at checkout for $4.98. This qualifies you for free, unlimited return labels on that order.* If you choose not to purchase Redo, you may still use our [Returns Portal] to purchase a return label at a discounted rate.

Package Protection (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged)

By opting into Redo, your shipment is insured against transit issues. To ensure the integrity of our claims process, please note:

  • Verification: For high-value items or shipments marked as "Delivered" with carrier photo proof, UtahSkis/Redo reserves the right to request additional documentation.

  • Police Reports: In cases of suspected theft (porch piracy), we may require a copy of a formal Police Report to process your claim.

  • Carrier Claims: Customers may be asked to open a trace or claim with the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) to verify GPS delivery coordinates before a replacement is issued.

Fraud Prevention: All claims are subject to review. UtahSkis reserves the right to deny claims where a pattern of fraudulent activity or information is detected.

Why do you only ship within the United States?

UtahSkis.com is strictly prohibited from shipping outside the United States per our dealer agreements. All orders must have a United States shipping address otherwise they will be cancelled. 

Do you charge sales tax?

For those with a Utah billing address, we do charge sales tax. Updated: 08/06/25


When can I expect my order?

Orders will be processed within 3-5 Business days after being received. Due to extreme weather conditions orders may occasionally take more than 3-5 business days to process; we will do our best to inform you when this happens. Express orders processed within 48 hours, will receive no refund for express shipping. Our Carriers do not guarantee any of their express shipments; we are not responsible if any package does not arrive within the desired time restraints. Orders received after 11:00 AM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Standard Shipping options will usually arrive in 3-5 days after shipment. Demo Items may take 5-7 Business Days.

Can you mount my ski bindings?

We do not mount bindings to skis before shipping them out. For a better mount, we need
the ski boot present. The only exception being Demo Skis. 

Demo Skis and Snowboards

All of our demo skis and snowboards have been used as part of our rental fleet in Utah.

When purchasing a demo ski or snowboard, keep in mind it may take up to 4  business days before the item is shipped. This is due to our inspection and tuning process. Each demo ski and snowboard is properly tuned via our Montana Crystal Rock tuning machine for a precise tune. 

The exact condition of each set of demo skis or demo snowboard may slightly vary from one to the other. We do, however, ensure through our inspection and tuning process that you will still be receiving a quality product. 

All demo skis come with demo ski bindings mounted. The demo ski bindings included are adjustable to the majority of boot sizes. 

Demo snowboards do not come with demo bindings. 


Promotional and Sale Pricing

Sale prices are only applicable at the time of purchase. All discount codes, sales, and or other deals cannot be applied to new purchases. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments so to secure a current sale price, the purchase must be made while the promotion is active.

Discount & Promo Code Policy 

We offer discounts and promo codes as a way to reward and support our customers. These offers are meant to be used fairly and in good faith.

Any misuse of promotional codes or discount programs may result in canceled orders, account restrictions, or refusal of future purchases. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion if we believe an account is attempting to exploit these offers.

We appreciate your understanding and your support in helping us keep these promotions available to all customers.


Reselling Policy

To maintain the integrity of our brand and that of our vendor partners, we strictly prohibit the unauthorized reselling of any products purchased from our online store.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms:

No Resale: Products purchased from our store are intended for personal use only. The resale of any product, in any form, through any platform (including online marketplaces, retail locations, or wholesale distribution) is strictly prohibited.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is intended for resale or commercial distribution.

Account Restrictions: We also reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any customer account found to be violating this policy. Future purchases may be denied at our discretion.

We take this policy seriously to protect the value of our products, our vendor relationships, and the trust of our customers.
