We offer a *30-Day Money Back Guarantee, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Any unopened/unused merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the package is delivered to receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). After the 30 days you may return your item with a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted 60 days after purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging and tags (Including price tags). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, except in the event of our error.

To expedite your exchange, we request that you order the new item you want to exchange on UTAHSKIS.com. This will ensure the item does not go out of stock. Upon receipt of your original returned order, we will credit your account.
REFUND TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. When the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the refund information. We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). The timeline of when you receive your refund may vary and take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
We now offer return protection for UtahSkis orders called Redo. You can opt in for return insurance within your cart for $3.98 to then later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order.* If you choose to not purchase Redo at the time of checkout, you can still use our Returns Portal through Redo to purchase a return label at a discounted price.

All of our demo skis and snowboards have been used as part of our rental fleet in Utah.
When purchasing a demo ski or snowboard, keep in mind it may take up to 4 days before the item is shipped. This is due to our inspection and tuning process. Each demo ski and snowboard is properly tuned via our Montana Crystal Rock tuning machine for a precise tune.
The exact condition of each set of demo skis or demo snowboard may slightly vary from one to the other. We do, however, ensure through our inspection and tuning process that you will still be receiving a quality product.
All demo skis come with demo ski bindings mounted. The demo ski bindings included are adjustable to the majority of boot sizes.
Demo snowboards do not come with demo bindings.
