The Sanction jacket is Spyder's premier 3-layer shell. It offers superior protection and stretch due to its recycled 3-layer construction. The EXO SHIELD shell fabric features a top-tier 30K waterproofing, 30K breathability, and full-stretch capability. A buttery jersey backer gives the jacket a soft and pliable feel compared to classic crunchy shells. The jacket is fully sealed against moisture with all seams sealed and features a 2-way waterproof YKK Vislon Aquaguard front zipper. Storage is ample, including two center-front chest pockets, a data card pocket, and large dump side pockets designed to store items like climbing skins or an extra layer. Performance features include a fixed helmet-compatible hood, underarm ventilation with YKK AquaGuard zippers, and a removable powder skirt. All components are produced without PFAS chemicals.
