Last year, everything changed: Supermatic arrived. The world’s first self-closing two-strap binding, which works with any snowboard boot. A simple, snow-proof system, no need to change your boots, and use them like a normal binding if you’re somewhere sketchy or in deep snow. To set up Supermatic, you adjust the straps to fit your boot and lock them in place with the LSR buckles. With a press of the Release Lever on the side, the heel pedal lifts up, and the hiback and straps open up, allowing you to remove your foot. To get back in, slide your boot in and down, and it closes by itself. It’s an easy, simple and elegant solution for anyone who’s ever thought that the normal way of strapping in could be better.
